Bikepacking Vietnam Part 3 – By night train to the former imperial city of Hue
In December 2018, I’ll be driving across Vietnam from Ho Chi Minh City (the former Saigon). My destination is the capital Hanoi. In the process, I’ll create a bike travel doc for you.
Review: I already drove through the south of Vietnam and arrived in the coastal city of Nha Trang. I only stay there for one day, because I am drawn further to central Vietnam: I want to experience the fascination of the former imperial city of Hue!
So the Asia bike trip continues to Hue: I take the night train from Nha Trang directly to Hue. The city is located right in the middle of Vietnam and is famous for the Hue Citadel. The citadel is a Unesco World Heritage Site and very worth seeing! A highlight on my bicycle tour through Vietnam.
