Weight and pack size
Weight and pack size are convincing: I weighed in at 481 grams including the pack sack and repair kit. Thus, the Bahidora sleeping pad plays in the Champions League in terms of weight. Top sleeping mats from well-known brand manufacturers weigh only about 40 grams less.
The pack size is also similar to that of the TOP brands’ mats: 20 × 9 cm for a full three-season mat at full body length. It doesn’t get much smaller than this. You can compare the size with a 950 milliliter bicycle water bottle. Thanks to the small pack size, the Bahidora sleeping pad fits easily into a bike bag, bikepacking bag or a hiking backpack.
Conveniently, the pack sack is included. In a separate bag there is also a repair kit. So you always have this with you just in case.
Inflate and deflate
The Bahidora mat can be inflated by mouth. This also happens very quickly: after about 15 pushes, the air mattress is completely and plumply filled. This

This little effort can also be taken after a long day of hiking or a day on the bike. The Bahidora sleeping pad keeps the air tight and reliable. I never had to pump for it. Unfortunately, there is no pump bag included. That would have made the already very good Isomatte almost perfect.
The sleeping pad is inflated with air and later deflated again via the 2-way retention valve. The valve is mounted flat on the sleeping pad and thus offers particularly little contact surface. This means that you do not have to worry about the valve being damaged unintentionally.
To deflate the sleeping pads, simply insert a finger into the valve. The air escapes almost completely! You have to practice stowing it in the pack sack a few times, then it’s really easy: the air mattress is first folded up, then rolled up and stowed in the pack sack. If the valve remains open, the last air in the sleeping pad escapes and Bahidora air mattress can be stored wonderfully small.

The ultralight sleeping pad is available in only one size: 188 X 55 cm. This size should fit most people quite well. For me with 184 cm height fits the sleeping pad quite wonderfully.
55 cm is slightly wider than the typical ultralight sleeping pad. This means that there is plenty of space available and the lying comfort is correspondingly high. You should not roll to the left and to the right in your sleep.
the sleeping pad has numerous air honeycombs that adapt well to the contours of your body. The mattress has a straight shape point only above and below the ultralight air mattress of Bahidora is minimally tapered. This saves extra weight and you do not lose any lying comfort.
Overall, you lie on the mat stable and very comfortable.
Sleeping comfort
The air is contained in the sleeping pad in a coherent, large chamber. A rather simple construction that works very well. Also otherwise everything comes no High Tech material or other extras for the for increased isolation ability to the employment. How will this affect the R-value and thus the warmth of the sleeping pad?
Suitable for up to about + 2 degrees Celsius, the manufacturer states the ultralight mat. I tested the Bahidora mat in the summer and it was of course warmer. According to my estimations and the R-value of 2.2, however, this is very good and you are also well bedded on the Bahidora sleeping pad in cooler nights.
Durability
The material used for the Bahidora sleeping pad is 20D Ripstop Nylon. This also has a TPU coating. Through the coating, the sleeping pad has a water-repellent surface. The material thickness has already proven itself with many other ultralight sleeping pads: A good ratio between durability and light weight is offered with 20D nylon.
A long-term test of the Bahidora sleeping pad is still pending. As always with an ultralight sleeping pad, you should always use a protective pad. Then the ultralight sleeping pad should keep you comfortable for a long time. For emergencies, the aforementioned patching kit is still an option.

Conclusion: Bahidora sleeping pad
An excellent sleeping pad with almost exclusively advantages for a very small price. You don’t need more than the Bahidora sleeping pad offers (if you’re traveling in spring, summer or fall).
The sleeping pad is ultra-light and offers a tiny pack size. In addition, it is pleasantly easy to handle and you can comfortably lie on it and beat. A pump bag included or as an accessory would be the cherry on top of the cake.

Comparison to the well-known sleeping pads of large brand manufacturers
This is an excellent sleeping pad with many strengths and hardly any weaknesses. That’s why I’m so happy to recommend the Isomat. The mat is about 40 grams heavier than comparable TOP mats and has a comparable pack size. When it comes to lying and sleeping comfort, the Bahidora sleeping pad is also on the same level, as is the R-value. A repair kit is also included and the only thing missing is a pump bag. It’s up to you to decide whether the pump bag is worth twice the price compared to, for example, the Sea-to-Summit Ultralight Mat or about three times the price compared to the Therm-a-Rest NeoAir XLite.
